Superbly located on one of London's most desirable squares, just a short distance from Hyde Park and the shopping facilities of Oxford Street, this spacious 3-bedroom apartment required a full renovation.

Serenity Living was hired to carry out the turnkey project management and interior design for the comprehensive refurbishment and styling of the apartment, targeting the luxury rental property market.

The flat's layout was disjointed and impractical, featuring a separate kitchen that was dim, outdated, and too cramped for the property's size. By removing the walls between the entrance hallway and the kitchen, we created a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining area, and lounge. This transformation made the space immediately feel more expansive and brighter, as daylight flowed from the large stucco front windows to the opposite end of the room.

We designed and fitted a spacious, custom kitchen featuring stone countertops and built-in appliances for a contemporary, streamlined appearance. The dining area was strategically placed between the kitchen and the expansive windows, aligning with the natural flow of the space to create an excellent area for entertainment.

The master bedroom was enhanced by the inclusion of an en-suite bathroom, aligning with contemporary lifestyle needs and boosting its market appeal. The second bathroom underwent a remarkable transformation, featuring a spacious walk-in shower, stunning Italian tiles, and a stone sink and vanity, establishing a striking focal point.

The interior scheme was based on a gentle palette of pale greys for the walls and kitchen, creating a soothing and tranquil atmosphere. Warmth and interest were introduced through delicate blush pink velvets, touches of gold, along with textured fabrics and suitably coloured accessories. A white marble coffee table and acacia wood furniture were thoughtfully selected to achieve an elegant, luxurious look.
