Located in one of London's most desirable areas, this two-bedroom apartment required refurbishment and modernisation to enhance rental yield. We were tasked with managing the project, providing interior design and styling services to optimise market appeal.

A key aspect of this project was the addition of a second en-suite bathroom, which increased the property's investment value as well as rental interest.

The choice of furniture and accessories was based on quality and durability without compromising on style. We used bespoke joinery to create a stylish and functional kitchen equipped with all modern appliances, granite worktops and coloured glass splash backs.

An organic colour palette of warm greys and taupes, accented with silver and plum, was implemented throughout the apartment to achieve a cohesive aesthetic.
