Commissioned to carry out the complete refurbishment and interior design on this exquisite three-bedroom prime central London apartment, desirably located within a charming period block just a short stroll from the serene expanses of Hyde Park. The aim of the renovation was to strategically maximise the property's resale value while enhancing its marketability to potential buyers, ensuring it stands out in a competitive real estate landscape.

Our initial focus was on optimising the layout of the apartment to create a more functional and appealing living space. This involved minor yet impactful internal restructuring, which allowed us to design a more spacious master en-suite that epitomises luxury and comfort. Additionally, we introduced a third en-suite bathroom, effectively transforming the property into a desirable 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom configuration. This significant enhancement not only increased the overall functionality but also substantially raised its market value, making it more attractive to potential buyers who seek both convenience and comfort in urban living.

In our quest to achieve a high-end finish, we employed bespoke joinery for the fitted wardrobes in all three bedrooms.
