Located in one of London's most desirable areas, near Royal Albert Hall, Kensington Gardens, and Imperial College, this delightful two-bedroom period property required immediate attention.  Our studio was tasked with the renovation and interior design project, which included the addition of a roof extension, transforming it into a modern four-bedroom luxury maisonette.

The primary focus of the project was the planning and execution the roof extension, as this provided an opportunity to add two additional bedrooms and bathrooms, thereby significantly enhancing the property's size and value. A key feature at this stage was the installation of skylights wherever possible to increase natural light, creating a brighter and more welcoming interior.

The second phase of the project involved reconfiguring and refurbishing the existing floor. We incorporated a spacious open-plan living/dining area and a custom kitchen, fully equipped with high-end built-in appliances.

The apartment was designed to a high-end specification, featuring bespoke joinery and FF&E styling, using an elegant palette of heritage colours, fern greens, and champagne gold accents.
