Project management and interior design service on the complete renovation of a modern apartment, aimed specifically at enhancing rental yield through strategic design choices and functional improvements.

A significant feature of this renovation was the enclosing of the roof terrace, which was not only a transformative element but also a crucial factor in maximising the usable living space within the apartment. By enclosing this area, we were able to create a larger, open-plan kitchen and dining area - perfect for both family gatherings and entertaining guests. This design choice allowed for a seamless flow between the kitchen, dining and living area, enhancing the overall functionality of the apartment. Moreover, the installation of panoramic windows and a skylight flooded the interior with natural light, making the space feel more expansive and airy, which is particularly appealing in urban settings where light can often be limited.

In terms of the interior design scheme, we opted for neutral beiges and warm browns, creating a soothing yet sophisticated environment. This colour palette provides a versatile backdrop that appeals to a wide range of tastes and preferences, making the apartment attractive to a diverse tenant demographic. The result is a harmonious blend of comfort and style, making the apartment not only a place to live but a desirable home within a competitive rental market.
