Complete property renovation and interior design for a luxury rental two-bedroom top floor apartment, located in prime Central London.

Serenity Living was tasked with overseeing the complete renovation, interior design, and styling of the apartment to ensure it is ready for immediate occupancy.

We commenced the project by reconfiguring and modernising the layout; removing the walls between the kitchen and living room, to create a more functional, open-plan area that also accommodated a space for dining.We designed and fitted a new kitchen featuring a stone countertop, gold-toned glass splash backs complementing the brass inlays, and included all modern integrated appliances.

A significant enhancement was the addition of skylights in the kitchen, third bedroom, and bathroom, which brought in more natural light and enhanced the feeling of space. The outdated bathroom received a complete makeover; we chose a large walk-in shower instead of a small bath and installed oversized tiles vertically to draw the eye upward, creating an illusion of increased height.

The bedrooms' layout was reorganised to optimise space, and built-in cupboards were added, giving the rooms a modern, contemporary appearance.

Our design concept was based on calming greys and deep oranges with gold accents for a contrasting touch. Acacia wood furniture with brass finishes, a marble-topped coffee table, and gold accessories throughout demonstrated our dedication to incorporating luxury into every design. Textured cushions and fabrics, along with scented candles and diffusers, provided the finishing touches to style the apartment.
