Complete renovation and interior design of a one-bedroom apartment for the luxury rental market.

This delightful apartment, situated in the heart of London's West End, was rather dated and uninviting. Our studio was commissioned with the extensive refurbishment and interior redesign to attract a diverse range of local and international clients.

The key aspects of this project featured the expansion of the living/dining areas and improving their functionality as well as the aesthetics. We opened up the existing kitchen and introduced a dining area that seamlessly flowed into the lounge, creating a more cohesive space. The increased natural light from the French doors immediately brightened the room, and choosing a blend of warm greys and taupes for the walls, kitchen, and floors visually expanded the space, making it feel light and airy.

The design concept was based on elegant and warm neutrals, appealing to a broad audience, with added colours and texture from mustard fabrics, gold splash backs, and accessories, along with touches of purple for a sophisticated contemporary look.
