Design and project management on the full refurbishment of an entrance hallway and communal spaces within a period mansion block located in the West End. Our aim was to create a minimal yet elegant aesthetic that enhanced the space's visual appeal while making it more functional for residents and guests.

We made several strategic layout modifications that significantly improved the atmosphere and usability.The design scheme featured oversized classic marble look tiles that exude luxury, accented by brass inlays for added opulence. Smoked mirrors were incorporated to enhance light and depth, contributing to the spacious feel of the hallway and communal areas.

For the stairwells and landings, we chose lush and durable carpets in warm tones that contrasted beautifully with the soothing hues of the walls and ceilings, fostering an inviting atmosphere. The existing banisters were modernised by replacing the traditional spindles with sleek glass panels, providing a more contemporary aesthetic.

This refurbishment transformed the entrance hallway and communal areas into a refined, elegant environment that balances minimalism with functionality. Every detail, from materials to layout adjustments, was thoughtfully considered to create a harmonious and inviting space for residents to enjoy for years to come.
