Serenity Living was commissioned to undertake an ambitious project aimed at the redevelopment and extension of a modest ground floor apartment, transforming it into a sophisticated two-bedroom, two-bathroom luxury residence. This transformation involved the conversion of the two adjacent garages located at the back of the property, which were previously underutilised spaces.

The vision was to not only enhance the living area but also to elevate the overall aesthetic and functional appeal of the apartment, catering to modern living standards while maintaining a sense of comfort and style.The garage conversion played a pivotal role in the overall success of the project, effectively doubling the apartment's floor space. This expansion allowed for the thoughtful inclusion of two generously sized bedrooms, each designed to maximise natural light and provide a tranquil retreat. Additionally, the incorporation of two well-appointed bathrooms ensured that both functionality and luxury were seamlessly integrated into the living experience.
